①The air pressure is too high

② Improper design of fuse

Otherwise, it may cause burns and glue overflow on the product surface, and in severe cases, damage the product structure. The solution is to carefully consider the fuse design and pay attention to the fuse should not be too close to the outside, otherwise it will cause glue overflow during product welding; the fuse should not be too high or too thick. ③The thickness of the material being welded is not enough
If the material thickness of the product is not enough, it will also cause glue overflow.
